It would'nt be such a bad idea for the Fire Awareness trailer to visit some real estate offices. As a professional home inspector I have experienced many situations when general safety practice and observations have been disregarded (probably in ignorance) by realtors who have been trying to sell the same house for months. I know it is not their job to spot defects but, I there have been times when a realtor has already visited a house several times with exposed wires, gas smell, furnace belt burning smell and etc. You would think common sense would prevail here but, it appears that some training is in order.
