Our newest piece of apparatus is almost ready to be shipped. tower 41 is a 100′ areial platform truck and will be housed at fire station #4. E-One is ready to have the final inspection completed before shipment and we will be sending several members of our Truck Committee down to Ocala Florida to give it the final once over before it gets shipped/driven up to Eden Prairie.
Once here, Tower 41 will get striping applied and all the tools installed in their mounting various brackets. Radios also need to be installed. Our hope is that the truck might be ready in time to take to neighborhoods on National Night Out, which occurs on August 7th. Tower 41 is a twin to Tower 21, which we received in 2001. also from E-One.
